Want to feel confident about returning to work?
After months away from formal employment some parents feel daunted by the return, some can't wait to get back, many feel both!
All those feelings are valid, and none make you a better or worse parent.
Working with a coach can help you navigate these feelings by putting in place the plans, systems and boundaries you need:
Creating a vision for a great return
Knowing yourself - your values and strengths
Unpicking unhelpful beliefs
Negotiating the logistics
“Returning to work after having a baby is a huge rollercoaster and having a series of sessions with Sam over this time (before, during, after my return) made a huge, huge difference.
It undoubtedly made my return to work easier and more positive, as well my decisions and actions around my return more intentional and considered.
I can't recommend it enough.”

I’d recommend Sam in a heartbeat
“Sam was really good at drawing together my rambly thoughts, and mapped out a rough plan of themes we could focus on based on what she heard from me in our first session.”
“Not all coaches can do that.”
“The conversations we had were really useful, and helped me to a)make some clear requests for my re-induction period, and b)work out how to put boundaries in place with my team.”

It’s not too late to access coaching support. Book a call to discuss what package of support would work for you.
-
YES! Absolutely. And many places do.
As you're discussing your return (perhaps on a KIT day), ask about what support is on offer in the workplace and share that you've found some potential external support.
By leaning in to your own personal and professional development with this coaching you're demonstrating a commitment to delivering for your team.
If you'd like support before speaking to your manager - book in a free call.
-
100% in?
Book a discovery call first or simply email sam@thefloat.space to let me know!
It would be helpful to know when you're returning.
Still considering it?
Book in a free consultation call - you can ask all the questions you may have and experience working with me 121.
There's no obligation to sign up and I promise no hard sell. I may ask to see baby photos :)

On the full Float Back programme we usually meet every two weeks, starting around a month before your return.
Often people choose to have a couple of sessions before going back, and a couple after.
