Three reasons to try coaching this International Women's Day

Coaching shouldn’t be reserved only for executives with deep pockets.

To help make that a reality, this International Women's Day I'm offering one-off coaching sessions in exchange for a donation to one of my favourite campaigning organisations: Pregnant Then Screwed

1. It’s a great way to try a one-off coaching session

Over 60 minutes I will work with you to unpick something getting in your way. Perhaps something about your career, confidence, searching for a new role, work/life balance, presence at work, or a tricky work relationship or project.

A one-off session is a great way to experience the power of coaching for the first time, or to make a quick bit of progress on something specific.

2. You’ll be raising money for Pregnant Then Screwed

Donations to Pregnant Then Screwed will help them:

  • Run its free employment helpline

  • Run its tribunal mentoring programme

  • Run its free legal advice service

  • Campaign for the rights of working mothers

  • Document the stories of women who have experienced maternity and pregnancy discrimination

3. It’s a great way to invest in yourself

Here’s what people who’ve chosen coaching before had to say:

“When I first got in contact with Sam I was feeling a bit stuck, but the sessions we have had together have truly been transformative.”

“At the end of each of our session I would always have more clarity and I was at ease.”

“Sam is a fantastic coach and she has really helped me to boost my confidence.”

“She has helped me to open up my ideas, order my thoughts, and to come up with a plan of next steps.”

How do I book?
