Three reasons to try coaching this International Women's Day

Coaching shouldn’t be reserved only for executives with deep pockets.

To help make that a reality, this International Women's Day I'm offering one-off coaching sessions in exchange for a donation to a new campaign for better paternity leave in the UK: The Dad Shift

Why a campaign for dads on International Women’s Day?

Because better paternity leave reduces the gender pay gap. It’s an essential step in ending the motherhood penalty.

1. It’s a great way to try a one-off coaching session

Over 50 minutes I will work with you to unpick something getting in your way. Perhaps something about time and productivity, boundaries, confidence, work/life balance, presence at work(or home), or a tricky work relationship or project.

A one-off session is a great way to experience the power of coaching for the first time, or to make a quick bit of progress on something specific.

2. You’ll be raising money to end the motherhood penalty with The Dad Shift

Donations to The Dad Shift will help them run the campaign - gathering evidence to make the case, building support for change to the law in parliament, and supporting dads to improve policies in workplaces.

3. It’s a great way to invest in yourself

Here’s what people who’ve chosen coaching before had to say:

“In just the space of one hour with Sam I came away with practical and focussed next steps to some problems I'd been struggling to unpick myself.”

“I love my job but after maternity leave life I was having major back to work wobbles. Sam's practical and friendly approach gave me the tools to navigate this huge transition. ”

“My head felt a lot clearer and I knew some practical next steps having had her coaching.”

“My conversations with Sam were the starting point for setting boundaries and making the juggle easier.”
